Sorry to hear that. But I read that exercise is only 10% whereas diet is 90%. So if you follow a clean, slow/low carbohydrate, lots of protein/vegetables/f ruit diet, you will recover early and achieve your goal. All the best! Have faith and keep moving forward!!!

Poor you. Sorry to hear that. Exercise is only part of the journey. Eating healthy alone plays a big part in weight loss. I am sure you can still do it and hope the surgery goes well. Life always gets in the way when we try to do things so we do the best we can.

Holly crap! When I said this was my year I should have elaborated. with a pending foot surgery revision and neck and back sprain I'm a hot mess! so really all I can focus on now until I recover is eating clean yikes
