Sadly I did not manage to stick to my goal for last week. I actually got everything done, but I did not do my 5km on two days. Mainly as I was busy with other things and didn't manage time properly. Still pretty happy as I've been walking a lot more instead of driving and I met all the rest of my goals.

Good week, although my left leg has been causing me some pain. This has impacted my running and walking. Instead I've been taking much more casual walks and not doing it all at once - my usual 5km walks are walking very fast and all in one go. I also have been slack with recording all of those walks, but I try to walk anywhere I need to go that's within a 2km radius of my house. Leg is feeling better each day, so I'm hoping to get back to running soon.

Another good week. Nothing remarkable. Had a pain in my upper left thigh which has me worried a little, but so far has not impacted my running or other physical stuff in any bad way.

Another good week. I had to go to HK on Saturday, though I ended up getting up early and finishing all my goals done for the day that morning, which worked well.

I also want to change my goal to skip my home workout if I have dojo training. I usually go 2-3 nights a week training Vietnamese martial arts (Vovinam) and self-defense, depending on the day.

Had a great week this week, with no major issues.
Ended up doing a walk on both Sunday and Monday, given I did a double run last week.
Sunday I walked to my friend's place for a BBQ, which turned out to be not as far as I thought (1.8km). I also walked home later than night, although I forgot to track it after having such a good time. I tried to make up for the difference by walking some extra the next day where I would usually ride.
I also screwed up my running time yesterday. I went with a friend and we ended up stopping and chatting for a while half way, then played around on the public pull-up bars afterwards, although I forgot to pause the app...

As I said I ended up missing one day of my workout on Sunday the 24th due to travel most of the day. Hopefully the excess of my 15 min goal on most days makes up for that.

Some things to note about my running:
I ended up running two consecutive days on Monday and Tuesday, as I knew I was going to be arriving in Hanoi on Wednesday morning and just wasting time until my flight at 15:00. I didn't really want to run in Hanoi and not be able to shower and change afterwards, so I swapped those days. I spent about 3 hours walking around Hanoi on Wednesday, which I didn't track, although fairly confident I covered at least 5km.

Fairly happy I managed to get all those goals plus my day job covered while travelling.

So busy currently, so will write and post screenshots later; just don't want get penalized for missing the report deadline. I somehow managed to stick to my goals while travelling in the mountains of north west Vietnam, which I was very pessimistic about, apart from one day where I missed my 15 min home workout as I was on a plane and bus most of the day.

Had a great week with no streak mishaps. Nothing remarkable to talk about apart from that I managed to run my fastest time yet. Ran with someone a lot more experienced than I who really helped push me that day. Though the subsequent run, which I did alone, (yesterday) was a lot slower.

I figure since you've got so many goals listed here, the fact you're trying to keep up with them all is good enough even if one slips. Good job at having such a great morning routine!

Really good week. Explained in the group chat that I Iost my memrise streak... I'll let my ref decide if that means I've failed this week, but I personally don't think I should as I sat down to do it each day and it was a bit of a shock when I noticed it. Possibly I slightly fell short of the daily points goal one day and left the app early. Pretty stupid if so, but I cannot think of any other explanation (apart from me lying about it - petty lie though :P).
