So far I’ve done a walking workout and hike in the snow. One day more.

Did a yoga routine on Saturday night. Great way to stretch out my back.

Ran around the block w the pup. It wasn’t raining but the cold air made it difficult to breathe.

Ran kept me from running so I did a cardio exercise indoors instead.

I ran for 20 minutes without stopping. Running the first 10 minutes felt easy but I really had to push it for those last 10.

Yesterday was a good day for running. I am definitely building up my endurance and my legs are getting stronger. Just wish I saw a difference around my middle.
