Trained 3 times, haven’t been eating more than 2-3 meals a day

Trained 5 times, would have just eaten 4 meals on one or two training days. Completed the goal but scraped by this week

Trained 7 times between these dates. Been eating at least 5 meals a day, 6 for two days this week. One day I did Core & Cardio at the gym and only at 3 meals during the day. Wasn’t hungry enough for some reason.

Only trained 3 days. Eating better though! Aside from yesterday (the 15th). Getting back there but still didn’t complete this goal fully.

Trained twice. On the 3rd & 4th. Tried to jump back onto 4-5 meals a day (which I did for the training days) but did’t hit the gym on Wednesday the 5th because I was shooting all day, and haven’t managed to go back. I’ve had too much work on and haven’t got my sleeping pattern on point. Haven’t been eating much either

Between the 23rd & 2nd I trained on the 24th and that’s it. Barely been eating. Probably have been eating around 2 & a half meals max per day.
