really surprised, but weighed in at 187.0, much quicker weight loss than expected (so i'm drinking a protien shake right now) . i have decided to, in fact, go to the next round and shoot for 177 lbs in 10 weeks.

ok, i've made it and now am resetting goal for 180... i don't want to get stuck right around 190.

i worked out really hard and though weight is down, bench pressed 225 6-6-4, and chin ups 10-10-8! now am committed to 180lbs over the next 12 weeks.

I'm hanging in there and still very committed to eating health, not drinking for let, and gettings regular, serious exercise. I've reset my goal to reach a weight of 180, so once i get to the 190 goal successfully... i'll start on the next.

still strong, still on track, not drinking, I think, for the rest of Lent, should contribute significantly to this goal -- and getting ready to reset goal to 180 (once, of course, that I reach the original goal of 190!)

in washington DC, so weight is from yesterday in South Bend. Just back from working out... ran .8 miles to LA Fitness gym (!), and solid workout... continue on track.

this is a good weight, and moving into lent, i'm motivated to go with a 21 day most plant (i'm allowing eggs and dairy) diet and no alcohol. hope this continues the progress
