Hi! I'm Mariam. What motivated me to join stickK is I am living with Meniere's disease. I had to stop taking medicine for my symptoms in order for my husband and I to start a family. Now it is critical I stick to a strict low-sodium diet.

I discovered low sodium cottage cheese from Breakstone. It tastes pretty awful.

I made lunch AND breakfast on Sunday for the week! I wasn’t hungry and I knew what sodium amounts I would eat each day.

Got in a great hike on Saturday! Really starting to notice how high in sodium foods items are that you wouldn’t expect. 7% daily in-take (for a normal adult) in just one Clif bar??? Wtf???
