still staying on the right track. Taking into account everything that I put in my body and I am writing it all down which is great. I looked great on New Years and I feel that I am losing some inches. I am making great progress.

I have documenting in my journal everyday and maintain good progress on doing low carbs. I have lost a few pounds as well which is great!!!!! I am so happy about my progress.

I have been documenting everyday what I have been eating and I am really proud of myself. I am a little nervous to get on the scale but I have been on track with measuring myself and preparing my food at home everyday.

So proud of myself that I have been writing down all of my food intake every day. I have not eaten out so I have been cooking at home and also paying attention to labels when I go to the grocery store. I am on the right track.
