Seein physical results getting up early. Lost 5 lbs in the last two and a half weeks. Feeling good and productivity is feeling good in general! Not drinking alcohol has been helping a lot. Drank a total of 4 pints in January and feel so much better for
It. Going to continue the early morning wake ups.

Genuinely thought I had completed this which is why I haven’t been texting you Gian. That and a combination of you being in Columbia. I’ve been smashing it since new year. Getting up around 6.30 everyday. Been exercising hard and eating clean. Using myfitnesspal to count my calories and food intake. Not eating dairy or meat anymore other than fish for protein benefits and versatility when cooking. Eating beans all the time doesn’t quite cut it aha. Aiming to lose 10lbs at a rate of 1.5lbs a week. Currently 14.3 stone. Feeling goooood!

Completed this week with my day off being Wednesday as I was on my trip round the south west. I have been to the gym around 7/7:30 a couple of times this week too

During the christmas and new year period I’ve relaxed and not been too strict, but from this morning onwards I am back to sticking to my agreement. It’s up to you whether you think I’ve succeeded this month.

The 6am get ups are going well but due to shoots I haven’t managed to do the early morning exercises.
