151.2 yesterday, dropped back to a high 149 this morning. going to make the change back to primarily drinking milk in the diet, and less whole foods. still going to be getting steaks etc.

148.8 empty af this morning. Hit ~151lbs after the gym (Saturday night). I've been slacking on the milk throughout this week, gonna pick it back up along with more healthy foods, i.e. chicken, steak, fruits etc.

Weighed 152lbs after leg day and approx 148 the following day empty. Going to bump up kcal again with food and milk. Want to be at least 150lbs empty this time next week.
