It was a very good week! I had squeaky clean lines and weighed in this morning at 160.5! My goal for this month is to weigh in under 160 which I think is very doable! Love you Mom ??

I’m feeling so good! I put away the scale and probably won’t take it for a while. I’ve got my morning routine and evening routine down along with my food prep. I watch my daily video and the modules each day! Feeling good!!

Hold steady… I’m not so sure about fasting it kind of messes with your willpower and your lines… Everyone is losing very slowly but we only have four weeks under our belt we need to give it four months before we determined that we’re not losing fast enough. Just put the scale away my sister how you feel is all the proof of success that you need right now! !!!

You know I didn’t lose this week either but I feel so darn good! I like what Susan said today in the first video on module for life is long it’s a long journey were in it for the long-haul! I think this program is allowing you to be able to do what you’re doing in your life now I know it is! My little bright line buddy and several people that I talk to you throughout the week are saying they’re not seeing huge losses but they feel good I think it’s just too early I think when 66 days are over there will be a nice loss but if were in this for the long-haul we are in so good of shape!

I feel so good! My weight is stuck at 163.3- I think part of it might be my new sleep schedule. I aim for 8 hours a sleep but so far during the week I seem to get only 6-6.5. Regardless, I feel good working all my programs and systems. I love waking up at 5 and doing my morning routine, my lsat study, and my spiritual study (newly added to my habit tracker). I watch my daily videos, complete my nightly checklist, commit my food and prep my meals. I know the weight will come off eventually!

Honey That is a victory! You look great! This is a lifetime of eating healthy and bright being happy thin and free. There is no hurry here honey. You are feeling very good you’re looking very good don’t get discourage with the weight just put that away and don’t weigh yourself to next week. Still smiling from the wonderful time with you all! Can’t wait to see you again sweetheart.

I weighed in this morning at 163.1. Down 1.1 pounds from last week. It’s been slow but it’s coming along!
