"Thanksgiving Day and weekend" I commit to:
Unlimited non starchy vegetables. Everything else: only one serving at each meal. Once I take first bite I have no more of that food.
B: Protein, fat, fruit.
After yoga: S: protein snack- green drink with protein powder with optional 3 pieces of venison jerky
Drink hot broth with added collagen till meal. Can have additional green drink and 3 venison pieces.
Meal: I serving only of anything that is a non starchy vegetable. First bite rule. Have minimum 3 hour break between end of that mea
