Intermittent fast with shake only lunch and regular dinner Monday through Thursday. Meals: Each meal is one hour long. 3 hours minimum between each lunch and dinner after final bite of food. Each meal has 1 portion of protein (no seconds- whatever I put on my plate before my first bite is all I eat of protein for that meal), unlimited vegetables and fat. Unlimited vegetables.
Coconut- Coconut flour at only one meal per day. 1 coconut or cassava and coconut wrap per day.
