"Blood Test week" I commit to:
Optional intermittent fast every day with bulletproof tea with ghee and brain oil. Otherwise B, L and D regular meals: Each meal is one hour long. 3 hours minimum between each lunch and dinner after final bite of food. Each meal has 1 portion of protein (no seconds- whatever I put on my plate before my first bite is all I eat of protein for that meal), unlimited vegetables and fat. Unlimited vegetables. No sweet potatoes, white potatoes or plantains.
Coconut- No coconut flour except 1 coc
