Stick redo of end of cleanse eat whatever you want Friday 4 PM through Sunday midnight – just take a 14 hour fasting break from last bite in evening to first bite the next day – with only beverages, fruit, veggies and only whey protein. Monday through Thurs I'll finish supps and do Mon/Thursday 500 calories with AM fasting window till noon at least with only fruit, veggies and whey protein and beverages.
