Seem to be up one week down the next. Keep alternating from one week to the other. Guess I have to be really ready and focuses.

I seem to be alternating up and down each week. I am reading a book called "It starts with food" to help my body stabilize and for me to eat properly so I can be healthy and lose the weight.

I am so happy that I lost weight this week. I ate less because of all the humidity that we had during the week which made me less hungry.

I was not focused this week and did not stick to my commitment. I will keep at it until I do succeed. I attended a workshop where I learned a lot of things about myself and I am ready to move forward in my life.

I have a hard time being focused and my emotions always tend to get the better of me and so I reach for the wrong foods or too much of other foods and that costs me my weight loss and health. I will not give up and keep persisting until I am successful.

I have to pay for not being committed so it serves me right. I need this to be the push to be successful for next week and I will do what I can to be focused.

I have been going to the gym this week and done the cardio circuit, treadmill, and body design class. The eating part is still difficult but continuing to do as best I can.
