Follow SP diet in booklet. Can have everything listed on diet except potatoes, yams. No lakanto, can have stevia. In addition can have all my powders, cultured drinks, 8 oz kombucha per day max (no chia seeds), can have 1/2 cup of cocoyo daily, 6 flackers a day or 1 oz, 1 whole avocado a day, fat free low sodium broth ok, no sea snax.
