I need to re-adjust my daily schedule to allow sufficient sleep so that I can operate at my best state and commit to BLE the fullest. I found sleeping less than 7 h would hinder my progress massively by increasing my appetite and diminishing my will-power. This made me so prone to NMF :(
So my goal is to have an 8-h sleep every night, from 10 pm to 6 am. Whenever possible, I should also have a nap at noon to replenish my willpower as well as consolidating my learning in the morning.
In addition, I need to weigh myself more often, every day or every two days so that I could see the result of slipping from Bright Lines immediately and rezoom right away

oh my gosh my diet when I'm at work goes to shit. I don't bring lunch so I just pick anything in the store to eat because I get famished and then I impulse buy any food so that's why. Maybe I'll just start eating an apple for lunch or something.
