I had a big audition last week in Zürich and eventhough I had a lot of stress and very little time, I managed to plan my meals long time ahead and pack everything I would need already in my suitcase so that I could just cook up some nice things when there. I am proud of myself and it feels like it is already getting so much easier! :)
