Pendant la première semaine j'ai craqué un soir, voilà ce que j'en tire comme leçon:
1) Quand j'ai une urge déglingué et dé me rappelle que je le regrette à chaque fois après l'avoir fait, même si à ce moment la je semble m'en foutre...même mon pfc semble s'en me rappelle que je vais le regretter.

2) je pratique quand même le separer et accepter

3) je me dis que pour m'en vais devoir dépasser mes limites régulièrement, sinon je vais jamais y arriver (au moins pendant ces 100 jours)

4) je peux parfois me faire ce que je crave en quantité modérée et après arrêter
