Week 1: Got 2 full days in and a long walk yesterday (3-4mi) despite feeling like hell but didn't get to meet/record on Sunday. Diet has been good. Had a cheat day on Friday but kept to it rest of the week. Documentation needs to improve this week.

Friday after work I did feel the need for comfort and in need of a reward for end of the week. I am currently not drinking and I did have a serving of dessert then later had a slice of cake I made for a friend's birthday.i would not consider this a binge but rather just some overeating due to circumstances like a social outing and the reason wasn't emotional. I want to recognize this was progress and normal to have birthday cake on a birthday and not to treat today as a total loss.
